Paying It Forward

Rochester General Hospital plays such an important role in Dan Meyers' life that he wants the success of the hospital to be part of the legacy he leaves behind.

"I'm a grateful patient who is paying it forward for others in our community," said Dan, who led the Al Sigl Community of Agencies and continues to be a committed volunteer, including serving on the Rochester Regional Health Care Services Board. "It was an easy 'yes' for me to join the board because I experienced firsthand how competent and caring our doctors, nurses and team members are."

"Rochester General and all of the programs within the Rochester Regional Health system have long traditions of medical excellence. They are continually improving and advancing, " he said.
